Meditation Class

January 21st (9:30am - 1pm)

This class is for beginners and those who have begun to meditate but are having difficulty making a connection to meditation. I will give you a few 'keys' to help you into meditation or deepen the contact you already have with it.

Nei Gong Foundations

January 27th - 29th

 

During these three days we will cover the foundation work to introduce the principles to begin the Nei Gong process. This will include body conditioning, clearing and purging the system of physical and emotional stagnation, theory to align the awareness and direct transmission to awaken the lower Dan Tien.

Doa Yin / Nei gong

During these three days we will work with the Dragon Dao Yin and Wu Dao Yin sets part of the syllabus for the Lotus Nei Gong Level one courses. These retreats are best suited to those who have begun to do some training with Sophie or within Lotus Nei Gong.  If this is not you please speak to Sophie before booking on this retreat.
