  • To deepen your appreciation of your individual connection to your spirituality, and what that means within your life.
  • To be facilitated in this exploration by individuals who are on this journey, care deeply about the quality of what we offer you, and are passionate about supporting you to open more fully to yourself.

The focus of the inner work is not to just observe, but to feel, absorb and understand the imagery and experiences that arise in meditation, as part of the rich, often ignored or dismissed tapestry of our individuality. Gradually, and at your own pace, the meditations and exercises move you deeper, providing a structure to create the opportunity for change and renewal, and naturally progresses to increased clarity of thought, self-acceptance, personal authority and the development of a warm and compassionate heart.
