5.30pm -8pm Meet in Meditation room for Welcome, Structure, Programme of the days and guidelines, and Evening sit. Dinner to follow
Saturday Morning
- Dawn Meditation for those who would like to be up this early (not obligitory, recommended though!)
- 8am Breakfast
- 10am - 10.45 Chi Kung outside weather permitting
- 10.45 -11.30pm Silent sit
- 11.30 - 3.30 Free time to walk, swim, rest and lunch (also in silence)
- 3.30 - 4.15 Silent sit
- 4.15 - 5pm Walking meditation
- 5pm - 6.30 Free time (interviews available if needed)
- 6.30 Dinner
- 8.30 - 9.15 Silent sit
Sunday
- Dawn meditation
- 8am Breakfast
- 10 - 10.45 Chi Kung
- 10.45 - 11.30 Silent sit
- 11.30 - 1.30 Lunch and Free time
- 1.30 - 4pm Silent sit and gradual emergence out of silence, sharing and leaving.
Individual interviews are available at any time throughout the weekend upon request.
