I have been involved with Bonhays from it's inception, working closely with Sophie and Chris on all sorts of things. I very much feel a part of what has been created here and my sweat, grey cells and spirit are in fact a part of the fabric of the place.

At the current time I am responsible for the website and have an input into marketing. 

I involved with all this because I am interested in living in and as love. Over the past few years I have re-engaged with an inner journey that finds me exploring the landscape of awakening - exploring what it is to live in this body, in this moment. My teacher and guide is a man called Adam Bradpiece, with his insight and his heartfull holding, I find that I am softening and relaxing into life. What a relief!
