Weekend Retreat

Pilates Retreat

Join me for a 3 night Retreat in Dorset, immersing yourself in nature, Pilates and relaxation?

Bonhays offers a sanctuary of welcome, peace and simplicity, a beautiful, secluded Retreat Centre, nestled in the hills of West Dorset near the sea.

There will be a yoga class with Catherine on Monday evening followed by dinner. On the following days there will be two yoga classes, one in the morning and one in the late afternoon, which will include a Scaravelli inspired asana practice, meditation and breathwork. On two evenings there will be yoga nidra and meditation after dinner.

There will also be plenty of time to walk, rest, relax or take a dip in the pool or even the sea. There will be a yoga class on Thursday morning before brunch and goodbyes.

There will be a yoga class with Raquel on Thursday evening followed by dinner. On the following days there will be two yoga classes, one in the morning and one in the late afternoon, which will include movement focused on asanas, meditation and breathwork. Each night after dinner there will be an activity such as candle gazing, watching the sunset or yoga nidra.

There will also be plenty of time each day to walk, rest, relax or take a dip in the pool or even the sea. There will be a yoga class on Sunday morning before brunch and goodbyes.
