Meditation Class

February 6th (9am - 1pm)

This class is for beginners and those who have begun to meditate but are having difficulty making a connection to meditation. I will give you a few 'keys' to help you into meditation or deepen the contact you already have with it.

Qi Gong, Nei Gong Class

February 20th (10am - 5pm)

In these Day Classes Sophie draws on the teaching of a number of different Qigong sets, Sung Breathing, Ji Ben Qi Gong (fundamentals) Wu Xing Qi Gong (5 element Qi Gong), Hunyuan Qi Gong and Wu Dao Yin. The classes also include body conditioning, loosening and stretching. The day classes are complimented with a choice of evening classes.

More Steps

A twice yearly ongoing group, some members of whom have been meeting for a few years.  This retreat has a progressive structure, with the the meditation and particularly the energy work building up over a period of time.

This is an invitation only group.
